You are very welcome! The are a lot of options to help:
- Chopping veggies and Kitchen for all in front of the house is currently on wednesdays
- The next house plenary is on a weekly rotating basis Monday/Tuesday 6 p.m. (Sept. 27/103/11/17).
- There are many new AG’s that are looking forward for your support. It is better to come first to the plenum or to write an email.
You would like to organize an event at the KTS?
You don’t know exactly how it works and who you have to contact? Then this text is for you!
The KTS is a grassroots-democratically organized, autonomous house. For events in planning this means that the plenary decides if they can take place or not.
BEFORE the house plenum decides on a planned event, you should have talked to the program group about the general conditions of events in the KTS. Event requests will NOT be discussed at the House Plenum if there has been no prior consultation with the Program-AG.
In detail this means:
- You would like to do an event at KTS.
- Email programmXX@riseup.net or come directly to the Program Plenary (Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, 6pm).
- In the program plenum (e.g. 28.09./12.10./26.10./09.11./23.11./07.12. and so on) all organizational and financial questions can be clarified and you can decide whether you would like to organize an event in the KTS.
- All agreed and discussed event requests will be collected by the program group and passed on to the Hausplenum.
- At the house plenum a few days after the program plenum (i.e. also every two weeks) the list of the collected event requests will be worked through. If it is possible, please be present when your request is discussed, like that questions can be clarified quickly.
